Kacee Ward
With a lifelong background in sports and athletics, fitness has always been more than a hobby for me — it’s been a way of life. Growing up playing sports, it taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of structured training, which led me to become certified in personal training and turn my passion into a career. Movement has always felt like a privilege — not because of how it made me look, but because of how it taught me to care for myself, stay grounded, and grow in confidence. Over time, training became more than workouts; it became discipline rooted in who I wanted to become, consistency built on respect, and a promise I kept to myself.
My coaching is built from lived experience — showing up on the easy days and the hard ones. By popular demand, I began creating fitness and macro guidance to help women fuel their bodies in a way that supports strength, balance, and sustainability — without restriction. I specialize in helping women feel their absolute best without punishment or extremes. My mission is to create an empowering space where women can build strength without obsession, develop confidence, and create a body — and life — they genuinely love.
CODY BEYSTER
I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), with 18+ years of experience. I love health & fitness and really love helping others find that same passion. My areas of focus include functional training, strength training, Mobility/ Recovery/Stretching/Dynamic Movements, and injury prevention & Rehab. I’m available for in-person as well as online training.
